This Redskins inspired jersey cake was created for die-hard Skins fan, Raymond in honor of his 66th birthday. Raymond is a diabetic, so we created a low-sugar yellow cake for him with diabetic buttercream (made with Splenda). Happy Birthday, Raymond!

How did you make the icing?? I have an 8 year old with diabetes and I have yet been able to create a quality cake icing that can be used to decorate cakes with.
